Workflow (mandatory)

BEFORE writing a single sentence of chronicle text:

1. OUTPUT PHASE CONFIRMATION: state explicitly which phase you are in
2. PHASE 1 MUST BE COMPLETED: delegate to chronicle-researcher BEFORE writing
3. WAIT FOR AGENT RESULT: do NOT write until research is done
4. ALWAYS APPLIES: even when reworking existing text
