Hiring radar (declare the measurement, then count)
The insight: there is no such thing as "the number of jobs open at a company." Four arms, one company, one day (2026-08-14), every one of them returning a field named some variant of job count:

A 23× spread between the three unwindowed totals, and none of the three declares what it counted or over what period. They are not disagreeing — they are answering different questions. TheirStack counts posting events it has ever observed across many boards. PredictLeads counts requisitions it currently tracks. CPJ counts professional-network postings of unbounded age.
