Use this skill to turn a user request into an evidence-backed task frame and command plan. The skill may classify, prioritize, and synthesize, but the Rust ee binary remains a mechanical memory and evidence tool.
Trigger Conditions
Use this skill when the task asks for situation framing, command planning, task classification, pre-work evidence gathering, degraded ee interpretation, agent handoff, or choosing which ee commands to run before a bug fix, feature, refactor, investigation, docs change, or deploy.
Do not use it as a general planner when no ee evidence, project-local skill handoff, or command selection is relevant.
Mechanical Command Boundary
Treat ee as the source of mechanical facts and the skill as the reasoning layer. Do not claim the CLI understood the task, ranked intent, or selected a plan by judgment.
