AgentMesh Skill

This skill has two flows. Determine which to run:

1. Check if .mcp.json exists in the project root AND contains mcpServers.agentmesh
2. If YES and agentmesh MCP tools are available → go to Flow 2: Dashboard
3. If NO → go to Flow 1: First-Time Setup

Only runs when .mcp.json is missing or has no agentmesh entry.
