Use this skill after work review says the work is acceptable, after explicit discard, or when the user asks for a retrospective on closed wt work. Do not use it to monitor active agents or request fixes; use work for that.

In the LEAF model, this skill owns the final close and feedback step after review/sync. It proves integration or discard, performs applicable workflow pass, cleans only after that closure is safe, and records the retrospective lessons that should feed the next cycle.
