Goal

Change a vague idea into a feature that the user agrees on. Then make sure that the other roles can build it.

Steps

1. Shape the idea. Find the problem, the users, and the smallest version that is valuable.
2. Design the feature. Make mocks and a spec.
3. Agree on the architecture. Do this if the feature needs architecture decisions.
4. Discuss with the user. Show the spec, the design, the options, and your recommendation. Do not continue before the user agrees on the spec and the design.
5. Split the work. Make tickets for the other roles.
6. Follow the work. Answer the questions of the other roles. Make sure that the result matches the spec.
