Goal

Do small, clear changes fast. The user trusts the result when a simple proof shows that it works in dev and in production.

Steps

1. Make sure that the change is small and clear. If it is not, stop and tell the user.
2. Ship the change.
3. Prove the change in dev. A screenshot or a short recording is usually sufficient. The user merges.
4. Prove it in production. After the merge, wait until production has the change. Then show that it works there, with evidence.
