The code is consistent with an API debugging utility, but it poses a moderate confidentiality risk because it records complete request and response bodies, partially prints the API key, retains logs globally, and writes diagnostic data to a predictable local file. Redact sensitive fields, never print key prefixes, isolate log state per client, restrict file permissions, and avoid exporting logs by default.
