Navan Capacity and Backpressure Control

Overview

Configure Navan integration concurrency and retry controls from the tenant contract and observed responses. This workflow produces an auditable decision or artifact before any live action.

Prerequisites

• Access to the selected tenant's current Navan Help Center and contracted integration documentation.
• A named business owner and data owner for the travel or expense workflow.
• A non-production evidence set with secrets and traveler data removed.

Current Contract

No universal public numeric quota should be frozen into code. Treat account limits, file windows, vendor responses, destination capacity, and business deadlines as dated evidence with independent bounds.

Authentication

Capacity testing uses the least-privilege non-production identity. Never discover limits by flooding a production travel or expense tenant.
