The observed bottleneck must select the optimization. Recheck the dated evidence map before relying on mutable fields, endpoints, versions, limits, or delivery behavior.

Use redacted telemetry and synthetic benchmarks. Content caches require classification, encryption, tenant isolation, expiry, and deletion behavior.
