The code is a local migration utility, but it has a potentially significant filesystem safety issue because imported attachment filenames are joined directly into an output path without visible sanitization. The dry-run option is also unsafe because converters and link migration can still write files. Review and constrain paths, reject absolute and traversal filenames, create required directories explicitly, escape frontmatter values, and implement true dry-run handling before use with untrusted exports.
