Agent Loop Engine

Overview

Agent Loop Engine is a self-correcting development loop framework. It turns a fuzzy requirement into a structured, verifiable, iterative process: Project Detect (状态检测) → Scaffold (脚手架生成，可选) → Grill-Me (需求澄清) → Loop Manifest (契约) → Iterate (implement → review → verify) → Completion.

Core principle: Every iteration must be verified before it counts. No verification, no progress.

Violating the letter of this rule is violating the spirit of this rule.
