Use this umbrella when another agent or agent CLI should implement, review, or investigate code. Hermes remains accountable for scope, reconciliation, and verification. Child agent summaries are not proof of completion.

When to Use

• Delegating to Codex CLI, Claude Code, OpenCode, or delegate_task.
• Running an isolated implementation lane from a Kanban worker.
• Parallelizing independent code tasks.
