Motion — a static design becomes a motion-designed ad

The frames are not the video. They are a design, and a design is made of layers: panels, headlines, buttons, images, lists. Motion design animates those elements — a list scrolls, a headline types on, a card slides in with a stagger, a tap-dot pulses, the shared chrome smart-animates from one screen to the next, everything moving with depth. Bind a frame as one flat PNG and all of that is impossible — you get a slideshow.

So the first principle of this pipeline: the design comes in as layers, and the video is a composite of moving elements — never a montage of flat screens. A real ad is built the way the After-Effects reference is built: each element on its own layer, each with its own motion, shared elements carried between frames.
