This Bash wrapper is a straightforward build-and-run launcher: it compiles a co-located CUDA source file with nvcc into a temporary directory and then executes the resulting binary, followed by cleanup. The wrapper shows no direct indicators of malware, obfuscation, hardcoded secrets, or data exfiltration. The main security risk is that it will execute whatever behavior exists in threaded_handoff.cu; without reviewing that CUDA source (and any referenced libraries/toolchain components), the risk cannot be fully discounted.
