Colab SSH Setup

Provision a Google Colab runtime and expose it as a standard SSH host alias (~/.ssh/config) using the colab CLI's native WebSocket-to-stdio proxy bridge. This allows VSCode Remote-SSH or other coding agents to connect to a Colab VM without requiring external tunnels like ngrok or serveo.
