Usage

/machines              # Discover nodes from contacts, ping all
/machines ping         # Same — ping all, show who's alive
/machines list         # List known nodes (no ping)
/machines setup        # Ping → confirm → create /shortcuts for alive nodes
/machines <node>       # Ping one node, show details
