The GitHub Actions workflow fetches and uses external binaries/templates at runtime from https://downloads.tuxfamily.org/godotengine/4.2.1/Godot_v4.2.1-stable_linux_headless.64.zip and https://downloads.tuxfamily.org/godotengine/4.2.1/Godot_v4.2.1-stable_export_templates.tpz, which are downloaded during job execution and the Godot binary is executed—i.e., remote content is fetched and run as a required dependency.
