media-digest

Turns media into something an AI agent can read: for a video, keyframes with timestamps plus a transcript of the speech; for audio (voice messages, recordings), a timestamped transcript. Works on any local file, not only LINE. Nothing is uploaded unless a cloud transcription service was configured (see Privacy).

Talk to the user in their language and keep it plain: say "I'll look at the video and write out what is said", not "run ASR".

Skill folder

SKILL_DIR: ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}

Commands here and in references/ write <SKILL_DIR>/scripts/...: replace <SKILL_DIR> with the folder that contains this SKILL.md. If the value on the SKILL_DIR: line is not a real folder path, your agent did not fill it in: use the folder this file was loaded from (for example ~/.agents/skills/media-digest). Other relative links in this file (references/...) are relative to that same folder. Run the scripts with python; if it is not found, try python3, or py -3 on Windows.
