A toolbox turns "this account exists" into "an agent can do this job well". Three decisions make one: which tools, what is locked, and who runs it on whose account.

You may not need one yet

Every connection gets a toolbox automatically the moment it goes active, and each person has a global one covering everything they can reach. Both are read-only and require no setup.

Build a deliberate toolbox when you want:

• fewer tools — a model picks better from five than from two hundred
• better names — describing the job rather than the API
• locked inputs — a fixed board, folder or pipeline the model cannot leave
• one set spanning products — the CRM and the helpdesk in one place
